 Zimbabwe created a big upset in ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Qualifiers . With the all round performance of Sikander Raza , Zimbabwe beat West Indies by 35 runs .

                                                 


In the 13th Match of ICC Work Cup 2023 Qualifiers , With the help of Sikander Raza's all-round performance , Zimbabwe have given a big shock with beating West Indies by 35 runs . Shai Hope , West Indies' Captain , won the toss and chose to bowl first . 

                                                                          


Zimbabwe batted first and scored 268-all out in 49.5 overs out of 50 overs . Sikander Raza was the highest scorer from the Zimbabwe side . He scored 68 runs in just 58 balls with 6 Fours and 2 Sixes . Apart from him , Ryan Burls had scored 50 runs in 57 balls with 5 Fours and 1 Six . They both had the partnership of 87 runs in 97 balls .


Captain Craig Ervin had scored 47 runs in 58 balls with 7 Fours . Joylord Gambi contributed 26 runs in balls . Both had the partenership of 63 runs in 93 balls which had given the strong start to the Zimbabwe team . Keemo Paul was the Highest wicket taker from the West Indies side which had taken 3 wickets . Alzari Joseph and Akil Hosein had taken 2-2 wickets in their spells . Kyle Mayers and Roston Chase had taken 1-1 Wicket in their spells .



In the Second Innings , West Indies was all-out at 233 in just 44.4 overs . Kyle Mayers was highest run scorer from the West Indies side . He scored 72 runs in 72 balls with 8 Fours and 1 Six . Roston Chase contributed 44 runs in 53 balls with 3 Fours . Nicholas Pooran scored 34 runs in 36 balls with 3 Fours and 2 Sixes . Tendai Chatara was the highest wicket taker from the side of the Zimbabwe . He had taken 3 wickets . Blessing Muzarbani , Sikander Raza and Richard Nagarava had taken 2-2 wickets . Wellington Masakadza had taken 1 wicket .


This match was 13th match ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Qualifiers which was taken place at Harare Sports Club , Harare on 24th June 2023 .
